MS Dhoni shares a light moment with Ranveer Singh during All-Stars football practice in Mumbai.

Former India and current captain of Chennai Super Kings in IPL, MS Dhoni’s love for football is well known to everyone. Ahead of the IPL 2021 phase 2, Dhoni was seen enjoying football practice with actor Ranveer Singh in Mumbai on Sunday evening. Dhoni is expected to feature in an All-Star match later this month.

Ranveer Singh and MS Dhoni were seen sharing a hug during a friendly football match in Mumbai on Sunday. The actor and the cricketer were playing for the same team while Saif Ali Khan's son Ibrahim Ali Khan wore a jersey of the opponent team. Both the celebrities are a part of the All-Stars Football Club, which holds matches to collect income for charity while promoting the game of football in India. Many members of Bollywood, as well as cricket players, participate in matches held by the club.

The Bollywood actor was seen sharing a light-hearted moment with the former Team India skipper. In the video shared by a popular Bollywood paparazzo on Instagram, Indian batsman Shreyas Iyer was also seen joining Dhoni for the football session in Mumbai.

On the work front, Dhoni is set to return to competitive cricket with CSK in the second leg of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021. The remainder of the IPL 2021 will be played in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from September.
